Motivation affects us all in so many ways. Lack of Motivation could be the root of several of your problems and you don't even realize it. In this class, we tackle how motivation affects us all. How to create enthusiasm on a daily basis and deal with your low self-esteem. We will go through a series of exercises to help you narrow down where your motivation is low and helpful ways to be your own daily cheerleader.
Note: Registration is not necessary. Parking is limited so please park in the back on the West side if possible.
